We are the "Google Insights" on Human Behaviors

We are building a software that can accurately identify, predict and prevent human conflict in real time.

Singapore, Singapore/San Jose, USA or Scottsdale, AZ

Progress

I have project managed with some tech friends (paid) to build a low code MVP that I and some paid users have started to use, with accuracy of up to 95% on personal values, behaviors, beliefs systems, moral/ethics and personalities before my Technical co-Founder fully came on board in July 2022.

I started part-time from July 2021 till February 2022 on clients/users interviews and full-time since March 2022. I am currently assessing Technical Co-Founders using our own product and managed to find a good fit with one technical Co-Founder with exactly the same personal and professional values as I am.

June Revenue: $88,396 = Younnikly: Consulting + Product ($30,117 + $5,775) Partner 1 (Consulting $35,892) Partner 2 (Government Licensing $16,612) April Revenue: $3,182 = Younnikly: Product ($2,173) Partner 1 (Commission $477.3) March Revenue: $1,696 = Younnikly: Product ($848) Partner 1 ($848) Feb Revenue: $2,488 = Younnikly: Product ($1,244) Partner 1 ($1,244)

We have not actively marketed our product as we plan to launch at end July. The early revenue from Feb - Jun 2022 are non-digital products and delivered manually on pieces of paper.

The revenue growth in June was due to an accredited funded program by the Singapore Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) endorsement of our product for training of Financial Services industry personnel to improve their communication skills with people to avoid interpersonal conflict.

Idea

I pick this idea because:
1. I have 20 years domain knowledge in HR interviewing, selection and team culture/retention management experience with 80,000+ candidates matching with employees with my first start-up (www.sassatlantic.com) and understand deeply the pain points in the HR recruitment space for screening mass number of resumes each day.

2. No one that I am aware of has a complete solution to effectively tackle this problem in the world. It's currently all based on human gut feel and has an extremely high error rate of at least 50 - 80% (i.e. accuracy at only 20% - 50%). Our accuracy is at a minimum of 80% - 95%, with an eventual goal of 99%.

3. Since 2002, we have used the manual version of the same tool and found product market fit with clients using our services. And most recently during Covid, 4 small corporate customers started using the manual version for hiring assessment including KFC and Pizza Hut in Singapore.

4. Current psychometrics solutions cannot identify the current health of a person's family relationships and current state of their employment/business, without candidates telling the truth. We are the only one which can tell these states and it helps employers/business partners make key decisions without spending time trying to figure these out over 6 or more months during probationary hires.

Manatal (ATS), HireVue, Talent Data Labs are our direct, largest and most relevant entrenched competitors but without an accurate and foolproof human assessment tool that they own. There are more than two dozens other psychometrics tools that have been around for almost 200 years, without software innovation or true AI.

We understand these that they don't:
1.It is much more accurate to assess PEOPLE FIRST than assessing RESUMES FIRST with existing Applicant Tracking System ATS (which has high variability and can be gamed easily as they screen resumes/text only). Assessing people (without resumes) is impossible unless with our product. We only screen resumes prior to final interviews for skills sets fit and in-person/zoom for final interview for chemistry and communication. Having the values fit is most important upfront to eliminate values misfits, potential conflict and our product achieves this.

2. Assessing resumes allow for human and personal bias to creep in, which skews the resulting final interviews candidates selection, hence increasing error rate and subsequent resignations/misfit rate, snowballing towards the Great Resignations.

3. To build and own a totally customizable tool with very large diverse data to cover the entire world's population of 7.8B with each individual personalities/behaviors. This is completely impossible with the current solutions in the market at maximum of 27 profiles (Enneagram) and it is illogical that 27 "personality types" covers the entire world's unique population. This is their biggest pitfalls. To be able to profile the world accurately, one must have enough profiles that exceeds the world's population. We have more than 8.3B unique permutations of profiles since 2017.

4. The reports for each user must be unique in order to effectively tackle a very complex problem of interpersonal human conflict at work and at home. Current solution is too generic, hard to use/apply and can be easily gamed by any person as they are all questionnaire and graded scale based. Our product is individually unique and cannot be gamed at all.

We make money by selling our product for each time use at a price range of $75 - $115 plus a subscription model at $150 per month per corporate user (this feature is yet to be built)

Each year in the USA alone, 15 million jobs (2021) are created. For each position, at least 10 applicants will apply making it at least 150M applicants per year. For each mass screening of applicant at say $1 per screen, we could already potentially make $150M plus additional $75 - $115 detailed report based on usage. We plan to have a subscription + usage based business model to capture this.

We envision we should be able to make about $150M in revenue within 5 years by pricing our subscription rate at $10 per screen for 10% of the 150M applicants each year, in the USA market alone.

Equity

Younnikly.com Private Limited (Singapore Pvt Ltd)

The company is founded in Singapore in July 2021 as some early paying customers needed an entity to pay to. However, I would like to relocate the HQ to US, Delaware incorporated to target the largest global market for Fortune 500 companies.

Others

1. Image processing software of Mobile Phones images for automatic correction for visual impairment such as far and short-sightedness which can be voice activated using Point 2 below.

2. Calibration of individual local accent for integrated voice activation application with Siri/Alexa.

3. Customizable mobile phone layouts software interface which is user defined.

During one of our recent training workshops on Drawmetrics (our product), there were exactly 27 participants in the room who are all trained or familiar with the most advanced psychometrics leader today; Enneagram. So when I asked all of them if 27 of them represent the entire world since each of them are unique individuals (which they agreed), it was amusing (but not surprising) to note that they immediately saw the limitations of the current No. 1 psychometrics tool with only 27 profiles. This is an obvious discovery when we pointed the facts out.

Curious

I researched online for the largest and most successful accelerator in the world and found YC. It didn't take much convincing to apply to YC.

From friends in the tech space.

Hey team! Hope this feedback helps:

  1. Be clear about what your product does. It's probably clear in your mind, but not clear in the application. I had to piece together your demo + intro video to come to a guess that you "assess personality types based on drawings input by users - powered by AI"
  2. To that end, I'd edit down your demo video to only highlight the key elements.
  3. Ignore the login, it's not important
  4. show the input (drawing)
  5. show the output (assessment notes/outcome) --> show it clearly as well. right now it's in very small font and reads like a resume. I'd love to see the link to real life applications -> e.g. your personality is X. watch out for Y.
  6. Your business model isn't clear. Do you make money by selling to individuals or corporates? Why would an individual purchase this? 🙂

Good luck!
