Progress

Customers:
1. 1 paid customer, 2-year contract, IDR 3mio/month (going to production 1 month ago), found some really good:
- avg chat response time ~9 sec (compare to human is minutes and hours), and
- collected 45+ leads and 10+ warm/leads (>20% conversion rate cold to warm/leads vs 5-8% industry avg, 3-4x better).
2. 1 contracting customer, sent TOR, in 1-2 weeks will closed
3. 1 PoC customer, in 1 month will be closed.
4. 5 LOIs collected, 80-100 agents will be onboarding in Nov.

Products:
Apart from building Maia now, AI Agent Builder on WA (for onboarding 80-100 agents next months), in our Dashboard, it is able to do Chat Management, Lead and CRM Management, Scheduling and Automation Management, and many more to come.

1 paying customer, 1 contracting customer, and 1 PoC customer.

I would say there are several things valueable, but not limited to:
1. Lead management: Auto-collect all the leads name, phone and their interest that link directly to the CRM. Most listing platforms e.g. Rumah123, Lamudi, dont do this or keeping this for them, not open for human sales agent.
2. Scheduling management: If user wanted to make appointment to see or visit unit or just wanted to talk directly to the human sales, AI can schedule, reminder and do some follow-ups. All listing platforms don't do either.
3. Chat management: If there is something wrong with AI, or they wanted to disable it or even they wanted to see the chats or chat directly to the leads, they can go to chat management. Also to see cold/warm/hot leads that worthy to be followed up later.
4. Automations: Some automations we do to help leads or human sales agent do better their work. For leads e.g. reminder for visit and follow-ups after visit, and or sales agent is notifier if there is scheduling been made, warm/hot lead and what to do for that day every 9AM.

N/A, but one customer will pay the first revenue this month, Oct, IDR 3 mio / month, then pay for each month until 2027. We got 1 customer sign for 2-year contract.

For the 1st paid customer, it is a property developer company, we just launched 1 month ago and we have seen:
- avg chat response time ~9 sec (compare to human is minutes and hours), and

I have talked to 2 companies that likely to closed the contract.
One we already working on the product, sent TOR and will be signed 1-2 week from now.

The other thing that I have done is talking to more than 5 brokerages, securing their LOIs. In total they have around 80-100 human sales agent that ready to be onboarded using our product, Maia, AI Agent Builder to create, Mike, AI Sales Agent for Property, instantly, on WA, early to mid this November.

Yes, we have learnt that property is so messy and fragmented and low-tech as well, so we have figured it out to create AI agent instantly on WA (instead of directly to the dashboard) for human sales, so that they can share directly to their leads.

Then, later if they wanted to manage their leads, knowledge base, etc, they the human sales agents can go to the dashboard.

Idea

Apart from the amazing thing of AI agent can do, AI agent seems very hard to reach especially from non-tech users in property industry. They are aware of GenAI and ChatGPT, but as general chatbot not as to increase getting to know their leads better and improve their productivity and sales revenue. However, WA is their daily tool that every pricelist, brochure, images and units of the houses, apartments, etc are being sent instantly to their leads. Luckily, I have churchmate owns property developer that pre-selling their 60 houses in Tier-2 city, they are interested to try our product, then thank God after 1 month deployment, we have seen many amazing things e.g. response time avg 9 sec, and 45+ leads new to 10+ warm/hot, around 22% ratio beats 5-8% industry avg.

I do have domain expertise in tech and AI for 10 years, but never worked in proptech nor brokerage industries. However, I understand the B2B chain process and sales workflow end to end from leads generation, qualification up until closing and upsell. The lead qualification is the most important part, judging lead is ready to buy or not using BANT framework. I believe, in the property sales or any kind verticals within sales function, have similar concept.

I’ve spoken directly with property developers and brokerages. They all face the same issues:
1. Leads aren’t ready to buy yet but need ongoing engagement.
2. Scheduling unit visits takes too long.
3. Too many WhatsApp chats lead to missed follow-ups.
4. There’s no reliable system to remind agents or leads at the right time.
I have collected 5 LOIs from brokerages with 80-100 human sales agent. They’ve confirmed that if AI could help them manage these conversations and follow-ups, it would directly improve their sales productivity and increase conversion rate. That’s exactly what Maia is built for.

1. Since buying property is a heavy decision, it is very linked to the trust, and speed builds it. Then if sales not replying in hours or days or even forgotten, chance won only 20-30%.
2. Most people believed startups are disruptors. But, we believed different. I believed we dont need to disrupt WA and create our own platform. We just need to make our AI agent lives on WA, where their daily workflow happens.
3. Back to #1, it is trust issue then it is not who owns many listings or platforms win, it is who owns and verified the AI agent and every human sales has their version of their own. 4. AI = Automation and every tasks that can be automated should be automate. This is not true. I believe AI should automate tasks hard to do but easy to verify. It is asymmetry verification. AI owns asymmetry tasks e.g. greetings, reminders, sending brochures, FAQ replies, humans owns meaning e.g. negotiations, handle objections, referral etc.
5. Back to #1 again, probably outsiders see we are building just another AI agent + proptech. Thats probably true in short-term. But in the long game, we are creating verification, trusted layers when AI can make less corrupt of transaction and asymmetry information that right now underexploited or even I would say probably nurtured by some traditional companies that has been in the industries for decades and decades.

I have discovered that people believed that other believed that they have built their lived around it. It is called mimetic theory that I have found so fascinating from Rene Gerard and Peter Thiel.

Once I understood this, I started seeing how much of our ambition and fear come not from ourselves, but from imitation. It changed how I see business, leadership, and even setting my own goals.
